This trek is famous for sunrise and sunset views over the magnificent mountains. This trek rewards you with incredible views of Annapurna I (8091m)-which is world’s tenth highest mountain. Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m), which is the world’s seventh-highest mountain. Besides that, you will see breathtaking views of Nilgiri (7061m), Fishtail (6997m), Tukuche Peak (6920m), Dhampus Peak (6012m), etc. During March, April & May, this trek rewards us with colorful flowers of Rhododendron forest and different flora and fauna. Apart from this, it offers you the opportunity to explore the local people, lifestyle, culture, and tradition of Himalayan peoples.
This trek starts after 3hrs Jeep driving with off-road to Banthanti from Pokhara, which is 200km west of Kathmandu. You can take 30 minutes flight to Pokhara or drive 8-9 hrs by tourist bus along the banks of the beautiful Trishuli and Marshyandi rivers. Keep in mind that this trek can be done only if you have good experience of hiking and altitude because we will be hike form 900m to 2800m within a day.
