Bhaktapur Sightseeing and drive to Nagarkot (Short stop at Rani Jhula)

After breakfast, we visit the medieval city of Bhaktapur, renowned for its rich Newari culture, ancient temples, and beautifully preserved architecture. Explore Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Nyatapola Temple, the 55-Window Palace, and Pottery Square before continuing toward Nagarkot. Along the way, make a short stop at Rani Jhula, a scenic suspension bridge surrounded by peaceful countryside views. Upon arrival in Nagarkot, enjoy the fresh mountain air and spectacular Himalayan panoramas before settling in for the night.

After enjoying the sunrise at Nagarkot, depart for Kathmandu via Changunarayan. Changunarayan Temple, believed to have been built in 323 A.D. by King Hari Datta Varma, is considered the oldest temple in the Kathmandu Valley. Situated on a scenic ridge, the temple is richly decorated with ancient sculptures and carvings, offering both cultural insight and beautiful valley views before continuing the drive to Kathmandu.
