Day 03: Bus drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola (8-9Hrs) (700M).
Day 04: Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola (4-5hrs) {869m}.
Day 05: Trek to Tatopani /Dobhan (990m/1070m).
Day 06: Trek to Philim (1570m).
Day 07: Trek to Chumling (2386).
Day 08: Trek to Chhokang Paro (3031).
Day 09: Trek to Nile (3361m).
Day 10: Rest day at Nile (3361m) & visiting Mu-Gumpa and Monastery.
Day 11: Trek back to Chhokang Paro (3031m).
Day 12: Trek back to Lokpa (2240m).
Day 13: Trek to Deng/Bihi Phedi (1860m/1990m).
Day 14: Trek to Namrung (2630m).
Day 15: Trek to Sama Gaon (3520m).
Day 16: Rest day in Sama Goan (3520m) explore around & Hiking to Manaslu Base Camp via Birendra Lake or Hiking to Pungen Gumpa.
Day 17: Trek to Samdo (3875m).
Day 18: Trek to Larkya La Phedi (Dharamsala) (4460m).
Day 19: Trek to Bhimtang (3590m) (After Crossing Larkey La pass 5106m).
Day 20: Trek to Goa/Tilje (2515m).
Day 21: Trek to Dharapani (3-4hrs) (1963m) and then sharing Jeep Drive to Besisahar (760m).
Day 22: Bus drive back to Kathmandu (6-7Hours) evening farewell dinner with team of Higher Limits Trek.

The whole trekking is tea house trekking which means we will stay at simple Tea House Lodge accommodation during the trek which will be wood and stone houses with outside toilet and bathroom.

ACCLIMATIZATION:
Keep in mind that you will be passing above 5000m during the journey to Larkey La pass. Walking fast at such elevation could lead to medical complications (Acute Mountain Sickness) which could be serious. There is less oxygen compared to sea level in high-altitudes places. The higher, altitude will be the less oxygen in air. Your body needs a days to acclimatize to this environment, which is why we will stop one day rest in Nile & in Samagaon. Although we provide information regarding AMS insurance, the only option for treatment is descending (evacuation). We advise that clients with known heart, lung or blood diseases, or clients over the age of 60 to discuss with their doctor before traveling with us.
HEALTH & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
This trekking involves five to seven hours walking per day. However, it is some part of this trek at very high altitude, which will take a physical toll. There are no special physical or training requirements, but high altitude experience & walking is a benefit.
