Everest View Trek is also known as Everest Panorama View Trekking. Some trekkers say Everest Short Trekking. As compared to other trekking routes of the Everest region, Everest View Trek is relatively easy and short but still it is very beautiful one. It takes you to introduce Sherpa villages and its culture with great views of world’s highest mountains including Mount Everest. Everest View Hiking starts from Lukla after half an hour mountain flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. After we get down at Lukla airfield then our trekking starts to Phakding, the place where we will have first overnight in the mountain, following Dudha Koshi River. Next day we walk through forest of rhododendron and magnolia and arrive to Namche, a busy bazaar (market), that’s a junction for Everest Area Trekkers. You stay one more extra day at Namche for acclimatization. On that day we hike to Syangboche, one of the major view point for the view of Mt. Everest, Mount Lhotse, Mount Amadablam, Mount Thamserku, Mount Kwangde etc. Then we walk down to Khumjung village, a typical Sherpa village. Sherpa are ethnic people of Everest Mountain Region. Lots of popular climbers belong to this community. In Khumjung you meet local people, see their lifestyle. Visiting Khumjung monastery makes your walking more worthwhile. Next day you trek back to Phakding. Namche is the final destination of Everest View Trekking from here we return back to Lukla airport. Everest View Trekking is ideal for those trekkers who desire to see world’s high mountains including Mt. Everest within short trip…

PACKING LIST:
While packing for “Everest View Trek,” warm clothing is important to ensure comfort and safety, while non – essential gear such as a Swiss knife may simply come in handy. Here we have a suggested packing list to guide you in preparation:
ACCLIMATIZATION:
Walking fast at such elevation could lead to medical complications (Acute Mountain Sickness) which could be serious. There is less oxygen compared to sea level in high-altitudes places. The higher, altitude will be the less oxygen in air. Your body needs a days to acclimatize to this environment, which is why we will stop a day rest in Namche Bazaar. Although we provide information regarding AMS insurance, the only option for treatment is descending (evacuation). We advise that clients with known heart, lung or blood diseases, or clients over the age of 50 to discuss with their doctor before traveling with us.
Symptoms of AMS include mild to severe headaches, dizziness, fever, loss of appetite or stomach pain; it is important to alert our staff if you are feeling poorly to ensure that illness does not progress.
HEALTH & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The Everest View Trek involves four to seven hours walking per day. However, it is easy and soft grade trekking, so will take some a physical toll. There are no special physical or training requirements, but if you have high altitude experience & walking is a benefit.
