When you confirmed trip with us, we need scan copy of your passport and 20% advance deposit of the total price for flight tickets booking, hotel booking and trekking permit process.
The rest of money can be paid upon arrival on our office, full payment is required before start the trip and for your last minute booking before a week you need to pay full amount of money as an advance.

We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire programs in Nepal/Tibet and Bhutan are conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of theirs’ own policies.
There for Higher Limits Trek & Expedition Pvt.Ltd. and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients. So it is most advisable that clients to have full insurance against medical and personal accident risk. Cancellation insurance is also most recommended.
Cancellation Policy:
If our clients are not able to make their trip or want to cancel their program due to any unavoidable circumstances following charges will be made for the Trip Cancel.
Travel insurance:
Our clients must have complete travel insurance package. Their insurance must cover against medical, personal accident, emergency Helicopter rescue evacuation, trip cancellation, lost of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects etc.
Passport and Visas:
All our clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or up on arrival in Kathmandu Airport.
Program Change/Delay:
The itinerary can change without notice due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control like weather Hazards, Landslides, Political Unrest, Road Blockage, Avalanches, Sudden Sickness, Finishing your trek earlier due to the personal reason etc. The program can be modified as per the interest of the clients and if Higher Limits Trek cancel your trip due to unavoidable circumstances like War, Natural Disasters, Political Unrest, Bad Climate etc, HLT would be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard but there will not be any refund of the money you have paid in both case. Also we are happy to keep it preserve for your next time but not longer than one year.
Flight Delay:
Flight by plane and helicopter are prone to cancellations and delays for notorious weather in remote areas and some time operational complications which could be happened in particular in Everest region Lukla Flight, Annapurna Region Jomsom Flight, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region etc.When these flights are considered in the itinerary, it is also recommended to carry extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Higher Limits Trek will not be responsible for these additional expenses or costs incurred from lost connections, so plan accordingly.Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during unusual season, you’re highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence. In case of delay in flight prior to trek departure or at the end of the trek, you need to make your accommodation, food costs by yourself.
