Special Nature Tour - 10 Days

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu
Welcome to Kathmandu! Upon arrival at the International airport, Kathmandu, You will be met by our representatives who will escort you to your hotel. No activities are planned for the day. It’s your day. You are free to explore picturesque down town Kathmandu. On your request, we will be happy to accompany you for more activities.

Day 02: Full day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu
after breakfast, we head out for a full day sightseeing tour. The places we visit today will be Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Monkey Temple (Swayambhunath stupa). Some of these monuments are world heritage sites. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 03: Drive Kathmandu to Chitwan
In the morning after breakfast, you will be driven to Chitwan National Park; a wildlife reserve, by tourist coach, where you will spend the night. You will be picked up at Chitrasari and transferred to your resort. The manager of the lodge will brief you on your Jungle program and after lunch, the lodge guide will escort you on a Tharu village walk, a visit to the museum and this will also include a sun set tour. In the evening, enjoy a Tharu stick dance and Dinner at the Resort.

Day 04: Wildlife Activities in Chitwan
05.30 hrs: you will be given a Wake up call
06.00 hrs: Tea / Coffee followed by a Nature walk for Bird watching
07.30 hrs: Breakfast
08.30 hrs: a canoe ride along with a visit to the elephant breeding center
13.00 hrs: Lunch
15.00 hrs: Visit to National Park visitors’ center (Information about the Park)
1600 hrs. A thrilling Elephant safari (Approx. 2 hours)
19.00 hrs: Slides presentation about the flora & fauna of the National Park
20.00 hrs: Dinner

Day 05: Wildlife activities in Chitwan
Full day wildlife activities. This will include watching the tigers napping in the shade and the famous one horned rhinoceros. Overnight at your lodge

Day 06: Drive Chitwan to Pokhara
After breakfast drive to Pokhara, city of lakes.  Overnight stay at your hotel

Day 07: Visit Sarangkot for sunrise and half day sightseeing
early in the morning after breakfast, drive to beautiful Sarangkot for sunrise and delightful Mountain Views. You can then hike or drive back to your hotel.
After breakfast proceed for a half day sightseeing tour of Pokhara city that will include Devi’s fall, Gupteshwore Mahadev cave, Seti River, Bindhyabasani temple and the Barahi temple with one hour boating on the lovely Phewa lake. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 08: Drive Pokhara – Kathmandu – Nagarkot
after breakfast; drive back to Kathmandu and then transfer to Nagarkot. Overnight stay at your hotel in quiet and beautiful Nagarkot.

Day 09: Free in Nagarkot
your day is free in Nagarkot. Get up early in the morning, have a cuppa coffee and then head down to the tower to view a stunning sunrise. It’s just so nice to watch. You can use the rest of the day for a pony ride and exploring the beauty of nagarkot. In the afternoon, return to Kathmandu, freshen up and then we go out for a delightful Nepalese dinner to a reputed Nepali kitchen. While enjoying dinner, we also watch a thrilling cultural dance performed by the local belles. This is a courtesy dinner provided by Higher Limits Treks & Expedition for the good welfare of our guests. Overnight at your hotel

Day 10: Final Departure
Depending on your flight time, we will drive you to the International airport for your onward flight home.
